2023, Cuvee George Pupillin subtle smokinessCuve Georges is the Thillardon family's blanc wine, named after Paul Henri's grandfather. It is made from Chardonnay, Chardonnay ros and Aligot grown on blue marl and limestone soils in Pierres Dores in Beaujolais. The wine is fermented directly and matured in used oak barrels for almost two years before bottling.
