Mauro Sebaste Barolo Riserva DOCG Ghé 2015 François Carillon Chassagne 1´Cru Les Macherelles 2020 inspired by our experiences inThis Barolo is only produced in particularly excellent vintages. The wine is aged for around 30 months in 400 litre French oak barrels and then remains in the bottle for at least 30 months before being sold as "Riserva". It has a deep ruby red colour. The nose is rich in spices, leather and tobacco, with subtle notes of roses and violets, creating a great aromatic complexity. The palate is velvety, dry, powerful and persistent, which will delight any
