2023 Andersen Winery, Sparkling Gin & Tonic Lange AH Riise Royal Danish NavySparkling Gin & Tonic is a sparkling cocktail produced using the traditional method. The tonic is produced from china bark, lemongrass and spices and the gin is distilled with plenty of herbs and juniper berries. The tonic is fermented in the bottle until we have a pressure of 6 bar and the small bubbles have formed. The yeast is removed from the bottles and we add gin and sugar in dosage. Sparkling Gin & Tonic is served over ice with herbs and citrus
