Malvasia Colli Aprutini IGT Campania Aftertaste in harmony with olfactoryThis organic wine comes from grapes that are harvested in crates and placed in a cold room for 48 hours, are then softly pressed and immediately protected from oxidation, thanks to the addition of carbon dioxide. On the nose it has a particularly rich and complex aromatic profile with notes of cedar, orange blossom and ripe apricot. The taste is intense, on the palate it gives an original freshness and a refined sapidity, the finish is pleasantly dry.
