ELIGIBILITY:

The qualifying period in the Afghanistan JOA is 30 days continuous service or 60 days accumulated service within a two year period

The qualifying period for the Malay Peninsula Clasp was 30 days' service in the Malaysian Peninsula-Singapore area between 17 August 1964 and 11 August 1966

Awarded for service from 1st March 2002 in the Afghanistan theatre of operations
