Louis Jadot, Chablis Clos Brut Zero (from Monts LuisantsVague whiffs of oak, iodine and mineral reduction add breadth to the mildly exotic white and yellow orchard fruit aromas. There is fine volume and mid palate density to the rich, powerful and muscular larger scaled flavors that exude evident minerality on the perceptibly warm though refreshingly dry finale. This isnt a classic rendition, but it is impressive in its fashion while offering good development potential.
