with sweet tannins and a nice poppy lift throughout
(Boillot noted that Chevalier was the only grand cru that didn’t freeze in 2016)
This youthfully austere effort is classic Rugiens and as such will need at least a decade of patience and probably more like 12 to 15 years of it
