Note: 89 93 Softail inner primary covers are identical to 94 98 Softail models. The only difference is the larger diameter starter shaft bushing hole in 89 93 models. When installing a 'metal filler', it will enable you to install the smaller 94 98 starter shaft bushing. Then the 89 93 inner cover will fit 94 98 Softail models. Fits: > 94 06 Softail
