Kingdom Builder: Capitol Promo 1 Historical Themes To succeed in CanopyThe promo expansion consists of two Capitol building tiles and rules. If the game board sections with the Port or the Oracle are in play, place a Capitol building on one of the slots in that section. (If both are in play, you can use both Capitols.) At the end of the game, you earn 1 gold for each of your settlements built within two hexes of a Capitol.
